Bloom festival 2025 is going completely cashless to ensure a greater customer experience for everyone.
How to refund
**If you have created a wallet already at wallet.tapaygo.com please sign in, as your wristband is automatically added and click refund.
or
1) Add Wristband ID Number (14 Digit - Back of Wristband) to the ADD TAG button
2) Select "Claim Refund"
3) Add Bank Details
5) Submit (Request Refund)
If you click add tag and it say's 'tag already added' please login to refund.
Important Information
Every credit reclaim processed will incur [€2] administration charges and will be deducted from the credit left on your wristband.
You must request a credit reclaim during the time that the refund portal is open.
The refund portal will open a Tuesday 22nd April and close at 12:00 midday Thursday 22nd April 2025.
All refunds must be applied for by 12:00 midday Thursday 22nd April 202. We will not be able to refund any amounts after this time
Free credit & unredeemed vouchers are not refundable.
All transfers will be processed on Friday 20th September.
Please allow up to 3 - 5 working days depending on your bank.
Why do we use this system?
Running a cashless wristband system across the entire site enhances our customer experience while spending on the bars, food and trader stalls. It reduces queuing at the bars since the system doesn’t reply on internet / wifi to complete the transaction. This means our customers will have more time to enjoy the festival on the dance floor!
Add drinks credit in advance

Get a free bar credit when you purchase a prepaid top-up through your wallet for example €100 and get €10 free credit other amounts avalible too.
This offer is not available for top-ups on the day of the event; it is only available on top ups bought in advance via above.
Free credit is activated once all normal festival credit is spent.
Free credit is non- refundable.
