How To Claim

1)    Add Wristband ID Number (14 Digit - Back of Wristband) to the ADD TAG button

2)    Select "Claim Refund" 

3)    Add Bank Details

5)    Submit (Request Refund)

If you click add tag and it say's 'tag already added' please login to wallet.tapaygo.com with the email address and password already created to claim your unspent credit.

IMPORTANT: RFID Reclaim - Info – Don’t Toss Your Wristband!

If you used an RFID wristband at the event, DO NOT THROW IT AWAY – you’ll need it to claim your refund!

The refund portal opens 5th May and closes COB on 15 May 2026– no refunds will be processed outside this window.

Refunds apply to UNUSED PAID CREDIT ONLY – bonus credit is not refundable.

You must enter the unique serial number on your wristband to request a refund.

All refunds will be processed after the portal closes on the 15th May 2026
